4th Amendment Outreach Training
Join us for an in person only training session presented by Stronger Together on December 11th, from 6:00-7:00pm mv4aproject.orgregarding disregard for the 4th Amendment and abuse of immigrant people. You will learn what an MV4A Workplace is and the tools being used by local businesses to support our community and promote inclusivity.
What: The Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution protects against unreasonable searches and seizures, requiring warrants based on probable cause. It is fundamental to every individual’s right to privacy.
Why: ICE and other federal agencies are creating widespread fear and confusion.
How: The MV 4A Project is part of a national movement to help defend immigrants and uphold the law by inviting businesses to become an MV 4A Workplace on Martha’s Vineyard.
