• If someone has difficulty accessing the Zoom meeting, please suggest they place the link into their browser. 
• Join at least 15 minutes early to work out any technical issues you may be experiencing prior to the meeting.
• Going forward, you will be required to use a passcode, which is included in the Zoom invitation, to gain entrance to any/all NAACPMV meetings.
• The waiting room will be utilized to add an extra layer of security.
• Please place your name or rename yourself to be associated with your visual display whether you join by computer or phone.
• Upon entry place your name in the chat for attendance purposes.
• Please remember to Mute if you are not speaking!
• To be considerate of others during the meeting, turn off your video if you are moving around, enjoying a snack, speaking with someone, on the phone or any other movement.
• Please REMEMBER we can see and hear you!
• As your questions and comments are valuable, please use the Zoom raised hand feature to ensure we do not miss you.
